Ashley M. Barrera, LMFT-S, is the Founder and Director of Clinical Services at Coastal Wellness and Counseling, LLC. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, Ashley has been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families since 2009. She specializes in couple and family therapy, drawing from Relational Life Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and the foundational work of pioneers like Virginia Satir, Salvador Minuchin, and Murray Bowen. Passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships and guiding families through transitions, she provides both clinical care and supervision to ensure best practices across her team.
