Desmond Fialkosky

Desmond, a Havre, Montana native, earned a bachelor’s in Integrated Human Biology from Bastyr University and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in 2021. Before PA school, he worked in the ICU at Billings Clinic, where he developed a strong interest in building meaningful patient relationships. He holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry and provides psychiatric care at Montana Psychiatry, focusing on whole-body wellness and mental health.
