Elizabeth Brothers

Elizabeth Brothers is a Director of Clinical and Experiential Learning at STARRY. She works with at-risk youth and families, focusing on trauma-informed care and play therapy. Brothers offers support through innovative therapeutic approaches tailored to complex trauma and developmental challenges.

Brothers began her journey in mental health at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Human and Child Development. She continued her education at Texas A&M University-Central Texas, completing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2017, she has contributed significantly to STARRY in various roles, including clinical supervision and community education.

Her therapeutic style incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, sandtray therapy, and play therapy. Clients can expect a tailored approach that addresses their needs. Brothers ensures confidentiality and data protection as the HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer at STARRY.
