Erin Newton

Erin Newton, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C); she completed certification training in February 2020 and received her PMH-C in May 2021. She specializes in perinatal mental health, including birth trauma, postpartum depression, and anxiety.

Practicing at Wellness & Co. with nearly a decade of experience, Erin combines professional training with lived experience as a mother of three and a survivor of birth trauma. Her background informs her clinical work and engagement with mothers.

Erin offers individual therapy and leads "Rebirth: Healing Your Birth Story," a therapy group and self-paced course. Her client-centered, educational approach validates feelings, helps clients process birth experiences, and develops practical coping strategies.
