Esmeralda Alvarez

Esmeralda Alvarez is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who works with clients of all ages. Alvarez helps children, youth, couples, and families through a blend of playfulness and purposeful intervention, fostering growth and understanding.

Alvarez completed her undergraduate studies in Liberal Studies at Fresno Pacific University. She then earned a Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. This educational background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of human development and family dynamics.

In therapy, Alvarez uses play therapy and art therapy for younger clients, allowing them to express themselves in a safe environment.
