Heather Holmgren

Heather Holmgren, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), is the founder and practice consultant at Simple Modern Therapy and brings over two decades of experience. She specializes in relationship counseling, addressing contemporary relationship dynamics and the challenges of modern partnerships. Heather created Simple Modern Therapy and creates a welcoming space for individuals from all walks of life in Utah. Her practice explicitly welcomes LGBT individuals and couples, highly sensitive clients, and families of all shapes and sizes, and it also welcomes individuals with tattoos, teenagers, and those in non-traditional relationship structures such as triads.
