Hillary Harris

Hillary Harris is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern in Reno. Harris works with a diverse clientele, applying Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples strengthen their bonds and people address personal challenges. She also assists first responders and military personnel, drawing on her military background.

Harris's educational journey includes specialized training in EFT, which she integrates into her therapeutic practice. As part of Emotional and Relationship Health Counseling Associates, she collaborates with the Clinical Director and Clinical Lead to maintain a high standard of care.

In therapy sessions, Harris helps clients identify and disrupt negative cycles, focusing on relationship loss and PTSD. Her approach is collaborative, fostering resilience and change. She is open to incorporating Christian faith-based principles when desired, tailoring her method to align with clients' values.
