Jen Cummings

Jen Cummings, PsyD, Vice President of Clinical Operations, has dedicated her life to supporting individuals with disabilities from her teenage years to her current role. She holds a PsyD, a master's in special education, and a bachelor's in human development and psychology.

Dr. Cummings runs Sibshops (support for siblings of individuals with disabilities) and provides caregiver guidance and social skills programming, bringing hands-on clinical experience to these specialized services. Her direct work complements her leadership responsibilities.

In her role she supports clinical and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services across the organization. Her early exposure to supporting individuals with disabilities informs a practical, compassionate approach that blends empathy with clinical expertise.
