Jenna Forsyth

Jenna Forsyth, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist who has been serving Alaskans since 1998. She specializes in health psychology, emotional regulation, mental health disorders, life transitions, and pediatric psychological assessment. Dr. Forsyth earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho, her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Pediatrics and Psychological Assessment from the University of the Rockies. Her career spans work at North Star Hospital, The Everett Clinic, Anchorage Community Mental Health, and Orion Behavioral Health Network, where she now primarily provides telehealth care.

Dr. Forsyth’s therapeutic approach is collaborative and patient-centered, integrating EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, humanistic, and eclectic strategies within a holistic wellness framework.
