Julie Russomanno

Julie Russomanno, MC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience as a licensed therapist. She is an EMDRIA-certified therapist, approved consultant, and RTEP/GTEP trainer in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy.

Her expertise includes the Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and treating complex trauma with EMDR therapy. She also has training in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy and uses specialized approaches for working with first responders and addressing betrayal trauma.

As the owner and operator of Life Balance Therapies PLLC, Julie offers individualized, creative, and holistic treatment plans in a supportive environment. She helps other EMDR clinicians become EMDRIA Certified Therapists and maintains ongoing advanced training.
