Kelly Domenick

Kelly Domenick, Staff Member, leads hiring and recruitment at Scranton Counseling Center, the area's largest fully integrated behavioral health provider. She assembles a team of highly qualified therapists and mental health professionals to meet the region’s behavioral health needs.

Her recruitment work supports services including outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and case management and helps maintain a staff of more than 250 professionals. That staffing enables the center to provide evidence-based programs and specialized services to over 9,000 community members annually.

Kelly contributes to the center's mission of promoting wellness and recovery from mental illness and substance use disorders and builds teams that embody empowerment, dignity, and confidentiality. While she does not provide direct therapeutic services, her role is instrumental in sustaining a full continuum of community-based behavioral health services across Lackawanna, Susquehanna, and surrounding counties.
