Kimberly Shamoun

Kimberly Shamoun is a Dr. who is the President and Director of Behavioral Intervention Psychological Services, PC (BIPS). She works with people with autism and related disorders, offering applied behavior analysis services to enhance social skills and developmental growth.

Shamoun began her journey in applied behavior analysis in 1996. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from New York University and a Ph.D. in Learning Processes and Behavior Analysis from The Graduate Center and City University of New York. Her extensive experience includes roles as a behavior trainer intern, Head Teacher/ABA Supervisor, and educational consultant.

A Licensed Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist in New York State, Shamoun utilizes evidence-based interventions such as PEERS® certification. Clients can expect individualized treatment plans that involve families and focus on generalizing skills across environments. Her approach ensures practical, meaningful change in clients' lives.
