Lauren Berberich, MS, LPC-S, specializes in supporting women through EMDR Intensives—1 to 5 days of focused, immersive therapy designed to accelerate healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she helps clients engage their brain’s natural healing processes for deep and lasting transformation. With a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University and experience working with adolescents, families, chronic mental illness, and substance use, Lauren now focuses exclusively on EMDR to empower women ready for meaningful change.
