Lennard Lathan

Lennard Lathan is the owner and founder of The Conscious Mind Counseling Group PLLC. Lathan works with diverse populations, including adults and incarcerated juveniles, offering a client centered approach to mental health care. He collaborates with county probation to address community mental health needs.

Lathan began his mental health career in 2011, gaining experience in hospitals, pain clinics, school districts, and community centers. In 2015, he played a key role in launching a private practice, further expanding his impact on mental health services. His efforts culminated in establishing The Conscious Mind Counseling Group PLLC in September 2021.

At his practice, Lathan prioritizes evidence based practices and mindfulness-based approaches. Clients can expect a supportive environment where personalized treatment plans incorporate their values and strengths.
