Lynsey Lord, MS, is a therapist who provides individual therapy for adults and couples. She specializes in supporting women in building self-worth and setting healthy, empowering boundaries. Lynsey creates a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can navigate life’s challenges with confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and foster lasting change. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colorado Technical University and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide personalized, effective care.
