Melody Montano, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience and a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University. She is committed to culturally sensitive care and serving marginalized communities.
Dr. Montano works with children and families, particularly within the juvenile justice system, and provides psychological evaluations, group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy for justice-involved youth. She is fluent in Spanish and serves Spanish-speaking and Latinx populations.
Since July 2022 she has worked at the Travis County Juvenile Probation Department and completed an APA-approved residency; her background also includes residential assessment of adolescents with serious mental illness.
