Michele Mulcahy

Michele Mulcahy is a therapist who is the owner and Clinical Director of CLEAR Counseling. Mulcahy works with trauma and addiction recovery, helping people find relief from emotional pain and overcome life’s major obstacles. She guides people suffering from trauma, whether from childhood, adulthood, or public service.

Mulcahy's professional journey is deeply personal, having benefited from therapy herself. She has collaborated with private practices, working with people, couples, families, and children. Her experience includes in-patient detox and residential treatment centers. As a supervisor for the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Services, she mentors interns and clinicians pursuing licensure.

A member of EMDRIA, Mulcahy is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She tailors her approach to each client's needs, using evidence based methods. Clients at CLEAR Counseling can expect a supportive environment where positive change is achievable.
