Rebecca Hoffman

Rebecca Hoffman, MFTA, is a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She specializes in guiding couples, teens, and individuals through severe trauma using a trauma-informed systemic therapy approach.

She has completed all core training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and is currently pursuing EFT and Gottman Certification. Rebecca works with individuals, couples, and families and brings specific experience working with law enforcement personnel.

Her practice is warm and professional and focused on creating a safe, non-judgmental space. Rebecca believes that even the most challenging circumstances can be healed through therapy and grounds her work in systemic, trauma-informed care.
