Roxie Powell

Roxie Powell, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides counseling for couples, families, and individuals ages 5 and up. Inspired by her experience as a military spouse, Roxie is passionate about supporting families through challenges such as frequent transitions and reintegration. She specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping couples and families strengthen communication and connection through an attachment-based approach. Roxie is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a SYMBIS premarital facilitator, with additional training in Solution Building Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and Attachment Theory. She believes people are innately wired for connection and strives to create a nurturing environment of acceptance, understanding, and growth.
