Sarah Nyboer

Sarah Nyboer, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma, divorce, and self-harm. She offers individual and family therapy for ages 6 to 65.

She earned a BA in Psychology, Aquinas College, 2016 and an MA Counselor Education: Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Western Michigan University, 2019. Her internship at a local non-profit serving survivors of domestic and sexual violence provided early clinical experience and led to employment as a therapist, and she supports LGBTQ+ individuals and survivors.

Sarah uses a warm, compassionate, and relaxed therapeutic approach and applies an intersectional lens to understand each client's experience. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space and strives to make the therapy process comfortable for new clients.
