Suzanne Hamilton

Suzanne Hamilton, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the Raleigh area with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction counseling. She works with adults and adolescents and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.

Her background includes work in private practice and the juvenile court system; she developed and facilitated a juvenile diversion program for adolescents with first-time possession charges. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in 2005 and a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Marymount University in Arlington, VA in 2011.

As a Certified Clinical Supervisor, she provides mentorship to counselors in training, particularly those working towards licensure as Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists. Suzanne creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to help clients address substance use, reduce unhelpful patterns, and improve relationships and overall quality of life.
