Her EMDR training enhances her ability to guide clients through processing difficult experiences and building resilience.
Tara's professional experience spans a diverse range of mental health areas. Before entering the therapy field, she developed programs for families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This early work informs her inclusive and adaptable approach to therapy. Additionally, as a breast cancer survivor herself, Tara brings personal insight to her work with cancer patients and survivors, helping them navigate the trauma of diagnosis, treatment, and life after cancer.
In her role at Project Connection, Tara holds a senior management position and serves as a supervisor, showcasing her leadership skills and commitment to nurturing the next generation of therapists.
