Temi Kolawole

Temi Kolawole, MSW, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical who works with at-risk populations, including substance use, dual diagnosis, child neglect and abuse, and juvenile delinquency. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused therapy, and Behavioral therapy to tailor care to each client’s needs.

Her experience spans foster care systems, outpatient mental health clinics, schools, hospitals, community-based services, and state psychiatric hospitals. She holds a BSW from Morgan State University and an MSW from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a clinical concentration and specialization in children and families.

With roots in Lagos, Nigeria, Temi emphasizes cultural sensitivity and creates a safe, judgment-free, and respectful space where clients can access their strengths. She works with adults, teens (14 and up), and couples; evening and weekend availability helps make therapy more accessible.
