Tina Skoog, MS, LPC-S, provides therapy for children (3+), teens, adults, and families, specializing in relationships, trauma, and emotional healing. With experience in the mental health field since 2009, she uses a strengths-based, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approach to support clients in building resilience and thriving. Tina is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families on their healing journeys, helping them strengthen connections and restore well-being.
