Tom Mogondo

Jennifer Thobro, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Raised in Wyoming, she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from the University of Wyoming. Jennifer has experience working at a domestic violence shelter in Colorado and with clients with severe and persistent mental illness at Peak Wellness Center in Cheyenne. She is trained in Problem-Solving Treatment (PST) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), evidence-based practices designed to address anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. Her special interests include helping clients manage chronic physical health conditions, situational stressors, and other challenges affecting their mental health.
