AG Estes

A.G. Estes, LMFT (TEMP), is a licensed marriage and family therapist (temporary) who specializes in play-based work with children, teenagers, and their caregivers. She is pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist and holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University with a specialization in Play Therapy.

Estes focuses on trauma, family of origin issues, life transitions, women’s issues, and provides support for LGBTQ+ individuals and clients in the entertainment industry. Her clinical toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, experiential interventions, and Brainspotting (Phase I & II).

A certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator, Estes uses a collaborative approach emphasizing play and connection to create a safe, celebratory space where clients and caregivers work together to bridge from current situations to desired goals.
