A'Lea Ward

A'Lea Ward is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern who helps clients navigate complex mental health challenges, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She works with people from age 13 to end of life, focusing on the mind body connection to promote holistic well-being.

Ward began her career providing case management to homeless and low-income families, which highlighted the need for mental health services. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and is pursuing licensure, reflecting her commitment to professional growth.

Her therapeutic approach is client centered and eclectic, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Clients can expect a safe, understanding environment where they can share openly and progress at their own pace. Ward's practice aims to address the whole person, supporting balanced and fulfilling lives.
