Allison Golfis

Allison Golfis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety-related issues, eating disorders, and family conflicts. Golfis helps children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families find pathways through complex emotional landscapes.

Golfis earned her Master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University, where she developed her skills in individual and family therapy. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is effective for addressing trauma and anxiety-related issues.

In her practice, Golfis employs a collaborative approach that focuses on empowerment and strength-building.
