Alyssa Hyland

Alyssa Hyland is an intern at Dr. White and Associates, where she works with couples, families, children in split or divorced families, and young adults. Hyland helps clients navigate challenges to uncover tools needed for personal growth and balanced lives.

Hyland is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University's online program. She holds a Bachelor of Human Development and Family Sciences from Texas Tech University, which provides a solid foundation in human growth and family systems.

Utilizing systemic and structural frameworks, Hyland creates a safe, non judgmental space for clients. Her approach is empathetic and collaborative, encouraging exploration of challenges and fostering healthier relationships. Clients can expect a supportive environment focused on effective therapeutic interventions.
