Angela Lane

Angela Lane, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a lifetime of experience and wisdom to her psychotherapy practice. A graduate of Highlands University, she specializes in healing after unhealthy relationships, recovering from complex trauma, learning healthy communication and boundaries, and addressing maternal mental health concerns.

She incorporates trauma therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, attachment theory, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic work. Known for exceptional listening skills and her ability to create a safe, nurturing environment—often remembering the intricate details of clients' stories—she develops customized treatment plans that honor each client's individuality and promote holistic healing.
