Anna Smalling

Anna Smalling is a therapist who helps people unravel complex patterns that shape their lives. She works with trauma, including sexual assault and emotional neglect, guiding clients toward self-discovery and authentic change.

Smalling earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Her expertise in trauma is informed by her education and experience, addressing both overt and subtle forms of trauma.

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Clinical Practice, Smalling uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Clients can expect a safe, non judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, with both in person and online sessions available.
