April Ballard

April Ballard, M.Ed., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and groups and specializes in multi-racial and multi-ethnic counseling concerns.

She holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, and an Associate of Arts in Language. This multifaceted education informs her understanding of human behavior, social dynamics, and cross-cultural communication.

With a deep passion for bridging cultural divides and improving cultural competence, she helps clients navigate cultural identity, intercultural relationships, and the challenges of multiple cultural contexts. Her approach is empathetic and aims to create a safe, inclusive space for personal and relational work.
