April Savage

April Nicole Savage is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alaska and North Carolina, as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in North Carolina. She also holds national credentials as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) through NAADAC. She earned her Master of Social Work from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania and gained diverse professional experience working with the Coast Guard, the Naval Brig, and the Military Hospital in Virginia.

April’s approach to therapy emphasizes being fully present with clients as they navigate challenges. She believes therapy is not about providing answers, but about guiding individuals through their unique journeys of growth, healing, and self-discovery. By creating a safe, supportive space, she helps clients find clarity, build resilience, and step into the best version of themselves.
