Ashlei Stanczyk is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to supporting early childhood mental health and fostering secure, connected relationships between children and their caregivers. She is passionate about empowering families to build resilience, strengthen bonds, and create lasting emotional well-being. Ashlei provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where children and families can heal from trauma, navigate developmental concerns, and adjust to life’s challenges.

Believing caregiver involvement is essential to a child’s growth, Ashlei works closely with parents and caregivers, offering tools and strategies to enhance connection and support. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and developmentally informed, integrating modalities such as DC:0-5, trauma-informed care, the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, play therapy, and somatic practices. By emphasizing attachment and nervous system regulation, she helps families create balance and foster lifelong mental health.
