Ashley Steineger

Ashley Steineger is a therapist at Capital Counseling. She works with college students, teens, and adults, helping them navigate life transitions, identity challenges, and academic pressures. Steineger creates a safe, non judgmental space for personal growth and self-discovery.

Steineger holds a Bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from UNC-Charlotte. Her experience includes working in nonprofits, the foster care system, and college settings, providing her with a broad perspective on diverse client needs.

Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Steineger offers a collaborative approach. Clients can expect to identify patterns, practice strategies for change, and process their responses. She provides both in person and virtual sessions, ensuring flexible support for her clients' journeys.
