Autumn Mcsweyn

Autumn has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Community Health from the University of Montana in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology in 2021.

She has worked with individuals experiencing severe mental illness through the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and has focused on integrating behavioral health into primary care to improve overall patient outcomes.
