Avery's passion for mental health is evident in his comprehensive educational background. He holds a Bachelor's of Human Environmental Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama, providing him with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and family dynamics. Building on this, Avery pursued his Master's of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University, further honing his skills in therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques.
Specializing in helping individuals who are facing major life transitions, Avery's practice encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns. He works adeptly with clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, feelings of self-doubt and low self-worth, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and panic disorder.
