Becca's therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing and empowerment of the spirit come from treating the whole person. She skillfully combines psychoeducation on natural approaches with the western medical model, integrating a diverse range of techniques including Jungian psychology, sound and frequency therapy, brainspotting, yoga, polyvagal exercises, radical acceptance, meditation, expressive art therapy, sex therapy, and plant medicines. This comprehensive toolkit allows her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs and experiences.

With a passion for continuous learning and growth, Becca is currently pursuing certifications in hypnotherapy and past life regression, further expanding her ability to serve her clients. Her therapeutic approaches encompass a wide spectrum, including complex trauma and growth, mindfulness and somatic interventions, expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, relational and Gottman therapy, depth/analytical psychology, process-oriented meditation, frequency and biofield tuning, and the integration of psychedelic experiences.
