Benita Ward

Benita Ward is a therapist who works with people, couples, and families on their journey toward healing and personal growth. Ward utilizes a diverse approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients address mental health and substance use concerns.

Ward earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019. Her dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor equips her to support a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
