Benita Ward

Benita Ward, MS, LPC, LCDC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). She works with individuals, couples, and families and addresses mental health and substance use concerns.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Humanistic approaches. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Benita earned an MS in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019 and combines her dual licensure and integrative methods to support clients' healing and personal growth in a safe, respectful environment.
