Bianka Hardin

Dr. Bianka Hardin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and owner of Centered Therapy Chicago, PLLC. With nearly 25 years of experience, she works with trauma survivors and mental health professionals, focusing on cultural, systemic, and intergenerational influences on well-being.

Hardin earned her BA from Miami University and her MA and PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has served as a professor and Associate Department Chair at the same institution, contributing significantly to education and professional development in the mental health field.

Her therapeutic approach is relational and body oriented, incorporating Somatic Experiencing and NARM techniques.
