Caitlin Villa

Caitlin Villa, Psy.D., Post-Doctoral Resident in Psychology, works with children, teens, and families. She specializes in anxiety, navigating life transitions, and providing parenting support.

She practices from an assimilative-integrative framework combining cognitive-behavioral, developmental, and relational evidence-based treatments. She emphasizes helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and explores emotions and relationships.

Dr. Villa earned her Doctorate and Master's in School Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver (APA-accredited program) and completed a pre-doctoral internship at Denver Public Schools with school-based mental health evaluations and counseling. She has clinical training in hospitals and public schools and completed the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) training. She values culture and diversity and views therapy as a collaborative process.
