Chelsea Whitby is a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Ogden Center for Change. She works with clients facing parenting and family life issues, disability and neurodiversity support, anxiety management, and spiritual abuse. Whitby also addresses educational concerns such as homeschooling.

Whitby holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University and has 20 years of experience working with students and families. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands, expanding her expertise in mental health.

Whitby's approach is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based methods, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Clients can expect a safe space to explore feelings and make value-aligned choices. Her practice focuses on self-awareness and emotional regulation.
