Claude King

Claude King, LCPC, AMFT, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with 7 years of clinical experience. He holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

He specializes in trauma, anxiety/stress, depression, parenting issues, and sexual acting out behaviors and is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. He completed a 40-hour Domestic Violence Training and works with children as young as 5 and adults as old as 75, though most of his work focuses on teens aged 12-18 and adults.

Claude’s relational, collaborative, client-centered approach prioritizes trust and rapport and creates a comfortable, non-judgmental space where clients can reprocess distressing experiences and increase self-awareness. He emphasizes cultural competence and has a particular interest in issues affecting Black males.
