Dara Harrel, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Supervisor specializing in couples counseling and individual therapy. She is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Dara brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to her work, helping clients strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and build healthier patterns of communication.

Growing up in a military family, Dara developed a deep understanding of resilience through change. She has experience supporting diverse populations, including first-time mothers, children in foster care, and military families, and is passionate about helping clients become their best selves.
