Dr. Frederick's professional journey is as varied as it is impressive. Prior to establishing Argus Psychological Services, he worked as a staff psychologist at a local community mental health center. His experience also includes a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Fremont, California, and internships in a Pennsylvania state psychiatric hospital, a Pittsburgh community mental health center, and an Ohio medium security prison. This diverse background has equipped him with the skills to handle a wide array of mental health concerns and client populations.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Frederick has demonstrated a commitment to community service and specialized care. He has served as a volunteer counselor in a 24-hour crisis intervention service and established a support group for individuals with Guillain-Barré Syndrome. His professional certifications include being a National Certified Gambling Counselor (NCTC-1), further expanding his ability to address specific mental health challenges.

Dr. Frederick's approach to therapy is both comprehensive and tailored to individual needs. He offers services for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, impulse control problems, substance abuse, adult ADHD, and adjustment disorders.
