David Roll, Ph.D., LBA, is Clinical Advisor Emeritus at Behavioral Intervention Psychological Services (BIPS) and brings over five decades of experience in psychology and behavior analysis to work in developmental disabilities and autism treatment. He earned his Ph.D. from Florida State University in 1969 and served at LIU Post as Professor Emeritus, Director of Clinical Training, and Coordinator of the Developmental Disabilities Concentration in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program. His academic and clinical training roles informed decades of applied practice.

Dr. Roll was a founder of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA) and served two terms as its president, and he served as President from 2011 to 2015 and Clinical Advisor until his retirement in September 2022. He has been active in publishing articles, supervising dissertations, and presenting at numerous conferences, reflecting a humanitarian approach to behavioral treatment, focusing on ethical practices and effective interventions.
