Deanna Casiano

Deanna Casiano is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of nursing experience across diverse clinical settings, including maternal/child health, high-risk antepartum, labor and delivery, community health, mental health, case management, Indian Health Service, Immigration Health, and the Department of Defense. She has served as a commissioned officer in both the United States Public Health Service and the United States Army, where she provided behavioral health services to high-risk soldiers with complex needs as part of one of the Army’s first Embedded Behavioral Health Teams.

Deanna is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, situational stressors, or chronic mental illness. She integrates evidence-based practice with complementary and integrative approaches, tailoring care to align with patient needs and preferences, including alternatives to medication when appropriate.
