Debbie Frederiksen

Debbie Frederiksen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with trauma and anxiety disorders as an EMDR Certified Therapist. With over a decade of experience, Frederiksen helps people navigate complex mental health challenges, including PTSD and anxiety.

Frederiksen earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. Her career includes roles at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault, SAFEHOME, and the Northwest Arkansas Rape Crisis Center, enriching her expertise in trauma-related issues.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
