Debbie Frederiksen

Debbie Frederiksen, MS, LPC, is an EMDR Certified Therapist whose journey in mental health spans over a decade. She specializes in trauma and anxiety disorders and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas and has worked with the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA), SAFEHOME, Northwest Arkansas Rape Crisis Center (NWARCC), and the Northwest Arkansas Community Correction Center. She has experience in advocacy and education, crisis line support and counseling in various settings.

Debbie brings kindness, compassion, and authenticity to therapy, creating a safe environment for clients to address PTSD and anxiety. Her training in evidence-based trauma treatments allows her to tailor care to each client's needs.
