Deborah Coulston

Deborah Coulston, MA, MATS, CIMHP, CCTP, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 35 years of experience in alternative health care who integrates mental health and nutrition in her clinical work. She holds a Master of Arts in Expressive Therapy from Lesley Graduate School and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Episcopal Divinity School.

Her specialties include eating disorders, weight management, trauma resolution, and behavioral addictions. She draws on cognitive therapy, solution-focused techniques, narrative therapy, mindfulness meditation, and expressive arts modalities, with training in psychodrama, art, music, dance, movement, and play therapies.

At The Family Wellness Center she provides individual and group psychotherapy as well as marital and family therapy. Deborah combines integrative and trauma-informed methods to tailor treatment to each client’s goals and overall well-being.
