Deborah Coulston

Deborah Coulston is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings over 35 years of experience to the intersection of mental health and nutrition. Coulston works with eating disorders, weight management, trauma resolution, and behavioral addictions, offering a blend of traditional and holistic practices.

Coulston holds a Master of Arts in Expressive Therapy from Lesley Graduate School and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Episcopal Divinity School. Her training includes psychodrama, art, music, dance, and play therapies, as well as mindfulness-based meditation and stress reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
