Deborah Johnson

Deborah Johnson, Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at Tri-City Mental Health, oversees clinical operations and helps shape the organization's clinical landscape. She guides delivery of culturally inclusive behavioral health care across prevention and early intervention, psychotherapy, crisis support, clinical case management, medication support, and peer support. Her leadership advances an integrated system of care that is person and family-centered, recovery-focused, and culturally responsive.

Deborah ensures services remain evidence-based, research-focused, trauma-informed, and client-driven while supporting quality-based hiring practices and workforce enrichment. She works to strengthen relationships with people receiving services, their family members, and local partners through trainings and community education to address stigma and promote community wellness.
